AAs all of us are well aware that prolonged sleep deprivation can prove to be very harmful to the human body and damages the overall life quality. Maintaining and controlling a regular sleep schedule is difficult, but we can achieve it by following a few steps.

  • Prepare a nighttime schedule for yourself and stick to it.
  • Try to sleep and wake up at the same time.
